Job summary

The Australian Reinforcing Company (ARC), a brand of InfraBuild, seeks an Account Manager to own a defined sales territory across Rockhampton. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will manage and grow key customer accounts while pursuing new opportunities in residential, commercial and heavy civil sectors.

Based at the Rockhampton site, you will travel to customers, build lasting relationships, and work with the broader team to drive sales performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management, business development or B2B sales.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of identifying and converting opportunities.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence working autonomously and managing a defined sales territory.
• Experience within construction, building products, steel or related industries will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Area Manager andbased at our Rockhampton site, you will take ownership of a defined territory, managing and growing key customer accounts while driving new business opportunities across the residential, commercial and heavy civil sectors.
