Job summary

The Australian Reinforcing Company (ARC) is recruiting a dynamic, influential leader to oversee the Laverton North and Noble Park Bar processing branches. Reporting to the Regional Manager, the role combines operational leadership with sales focus to deliver customer, commercial and business outcomes across sites.

You will lead a high-performing team, drive operational excellence, champion safety and support growth initiatives, including expanding customers, machinery and capability.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated senior leadership experience across operations, distribution and sales.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer focus with safety-first mindset.
• Industry experience in reinforcing, building products or manufacturing preferred.
