Job summary

The Australian Reinforcing Company (ARC) is seeking a Residential Area Manager to lead our McGraths Hill, Wetherill Park, Smeaton Grange and Bathurst operations and a Key Account Manager across ballast sites. You will drive performance, safety, and customer growth while aligning with growth plans and capital investments.

• Proven senior leadership experience across multiple sites.
• Experience in reinforcing, building products, construction or industrial manufacturing.

• Lead and execute strategies to achieve operational excellence.

ARC is seeking a Residential Area Manager with exceptional leadership capabilities to lead and manage our McGraths Hill, Wetherill Park, Smeaton Grange and Bathurst sites as well as a Key Account Manager.

This role involves multi-site leadership, ensuring safe and efficient operations whilst managing a large and growing portfolio of customers in the residential segment. You will be a proven sales leader who can optimise processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness and successfully drive sales performance. You will have the opportunity to make your mark executing and delivering on exciting business growth plans and capital investment.

What you will be doing:
