You will handle inquiries on residency, wellbeing, and campus life, coordinate mail and records, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment. Strong communication and computer skills are essential; Australian work rights required.

Qualifikationen

• Reception or hospitality background preferred.
• Customer-focused with exceptional guest experiences.
• Resilience and ability to work under high pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High computer literacy; learn new systems.

Aufgaben

• Creating a friendly environment and delivering a positive resident experience
• Assisting with a range of enquiries related to student residency, studies, general needs, and overall wellbeing
• Taking the initiative to monitor and report concerns and/or issues relating to resident safety and wellbeing and escalating as needed
• Coordinating and executing administrative duties (including incoming and outgoing mail, filing, etc.)
