Job summary

UniLodge Edith Cowan University - Bunbury is seeking a passionate, customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our team on a full-time, part-time, or casual basis. You will help create a welcoming environment and deliver a positive resident experience for student residents.

If you enjoy a role with variety, can handle quiet and busy moments, and are comfortable on your feet, we'd love to hear from you. National Police Check and unrestricted work rights in Australia are required.

Qualifications

• Background in reception or hospitality is preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Resilience and ability to work under high pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High levels of computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
• National Police Check required.
• Unrestricted work rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Create a friendly environment and deliver a positive resident experience.
• Assist with enquiries related to residency, studies, general needs, and wellbeing.
• Monitor and report concerns related to resident safety and wellbeing and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate and execute administrative duties (incoming/outgoing mail, filing, etc.).

About the Role

We’re seeking a passionate, customer‑focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator, on a full‑time, part‑time, or casual basis at UniLodge Edith Cowan University - Bunbury. If you enjoy a role with a bit of variety, can be both quiet and busy, and are comfortable being on your feet, we would love to hear from you.

At UniLodge, we provide a home away from home for our residents, and we aim to hire staff who will champion fostering a safe, secure and healthy living environment for our student residents. We have fun at work, but sometimes we can be run off our feet as we welcome and say goodbye to our residents. Some of the responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Creating a friendly environment and delivering a positive resident experience,
• Assisting with a range of enquiries related to student residency, studies, general needs, and overall wellbeing,
• Taking the initiative to monitor and report concerns and/or issues relating to resident safety and wellbeing and escalating as needed, and
• Coordinating and executing administrative duties (including incoming and outgoing mail, filing, etc.).

About You

• A background in reception or hospitality will provide you with a good grounding for this role
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Resilience and ability to work under high pressure and in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• High levels of computer literacy with ability to learn new systems
• Someone who exercises a “we care” attitude.
• National Police Check
