UniLodge Edith Cowan University – Joondalup is seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator on a full-time, part-time, or casual basis. The role involves creating a welcoming resident environment, handling enquiries about residency and wellbeing, reporting safety concerns, and managing admin tasks.

Prior reception or hospitality experience is valued, with strong communication and computer skills and Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Create a friendly environment and deliver a positive resident experience.
• Assist with enquiries related to student residency, studies, general needs, and wellbeing.
• Monitor and report concerns related to resident safety and wellbeing and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate and perform administrative duties (mail handling, filing, etc.).

About the Role

We’re seeking a passionate, customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator, on a full-time, part-time, or casual basis at UniLodge Edith Cowan University - Joondalup. If you enjoy a role with a bit of variety, can be both quiet and busy, and are comfortable being on your feet, we would love to hear from you.

• Creating a friendly environment and delivering a positive resident experience,
• Assisting with a range of enquiries related to student residency, studies, general needs, and overall wellbeing,
• Taking the initiative to monitor and report concerns and/or issues relating to resident safety and wellbeing and escalating as needed, and
• Coordinating and executing administrative duties (including incoming and outgoing mail, filing, etc.).

About You

• A background in reception or hospitality will provide you with a good grounding for this role
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Resilience and ability to work under high pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• High levels of computer literacy with ability to learn new systems
• Someone who exercises a "we care" attitude.
• National Police Check
