Job summary

UniLodge Edith Cowan University Village in Bunbury is seeking a motivated leader to head front-line operations and elevate resident experiences. You will drive occupancy, oversee leasing from enquiry to move-in, and mentor Customer Service Coordinator and Residential Advisor teams in a vibrant student community.

Applicants should bring hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and working rights in Australia.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience within hospitality or student accommodation.
• Strong communication and professional presentation.
• Experience delivering guest/resident experiences.
• Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
• Unrestricted work rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk operations and resident services to ensure a high standard of service.
• Own the leasing journey from enquiry through to move-in and maintain occupancy targets.
• Recruit, train and mentor Customer Service Coordinator and Residential Advisor teams.
• Deliver meaningful resident experiences through events and the Residential Life Program.
• Maintain safety, compliance and reporting aligned with UniLodge values and procedures.
