Job summary

Great Keppel Island Hideaway in Rosslyn Bay, QLD is seeking a friendly Reservations/Front-of-House team member. You'll handle inquiries, turn them into bookings, tailor packages for guests, and manage phones, emails and walk-ins with a smile. Occasional trips over to the island and close-knit team support are part of the role.

We value organised, proactive individuals with 1+ year in reception or reservations, strong communication, and a can-do attitude who enjoy helping people.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of reception, reservations or front-of-house experience.
• Great communication skills and a talent for staying organised.

• Confidence working on your own and as part of a team.

Great Keppel Island Hideaway – Rosslyn QLD

Based at our Rosslyn Bay office, you'll be the friendly voice behind every great island getaway. From that first excited phone call to booking the ferry across, you'll help guests plan holidays they'll be talking about for years. Plus, you'll get the occasional trip over to the island.

About you
