Job summary

Kingfisher Bay Resort on K’gari is seeking a Guest Service Agent for a full-time, live-on-island role in our Front Office team. You’ll welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, assist with reservations and respond to enquiries to ensure a seamless stay.

Ideal candidates will have guest services experience in hotel/resort settings, familiarity with RMS/Opera/Sihot or similar systems, strong communication skills, and a current First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain).

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services, reception or customer-facing hospitality roles.
• Experience in a hotel, resort or tourism environment is highly regarded.
• Experience using RMS, Opera, Sihot or similar booking systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).

About the Role

As a Guest Service Agent, you'll be one of the first friendly faces our guests meet and one of the last they'll remember. Working as part of our Front Office team, you'll welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, respond to enquiries and help create a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
