Great Keppel Island Hideaway in Rosslyn Bay, QLD is seeking a friendly Reservations/Front-of-House team member. You'll handle inquiries, turn them into bookings, tailor packages for guests, and manage phones, emails and walk-ins with a smile. Occasional trips over to the island and close-knit team support are part of the role.

We value organised, proactive individuals with 1+ year in reception or reservations, strong communication, and a can-do attitude who enjoy helping people.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of reception, reservations or front-of-house experience.
• Great communication skills and a talent for staying organised.
• A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine love of helping people.
• Confidence working on your own and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Making reservations and turning enquiries into bookings
• Tailoring packages and holidays to suit every guest
• Answering phones, emails and walk-in enquiries with a smile
• Booking ferries and tours to get guests to paradise
• Working closely with our small, fun and supportive team
• Keeping things running smoothly with some general admin
