Qualifikationen

• Experience in reservations management or supervision in hospitality (2 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of PMS and reservation platforms; Infor HMS is a plus.
• Understanding of revenue management and pricing strategies.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead and supervise the reservations team with training and performance oversight.
• Oversee all reservation channels: direct bookings, OTAs, GDS, and corporate accounts.
• Process reservations accurately with detailed records and clean data.
• Manage group blocks, rooming lists, requests, and payments for smooth check-ins.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve booking issues professionally.
• Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, and operations for guest arrivals.
• Build relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies.
• Ensure daily reservations checklist is completed accurately.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management on pricing strategies.
• Contribute to service quality and operational efficiency improvements.
