Pullman Sydney Airport is seeking a passionate Reservations Manager to oversee the Reservations Department and drive efficient operations and strong revenue performance. Reporting to the Revenue Manager, you will lead the team, implement procedures, and ensure exceptional guest service in a full-time on-site role.

• Previous experience in hotel reservations, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Opera PMS, GDS and Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• A customer-focused mindset with a flexible and proactive approach.
• Sound understanding of hotel operations, reservation processes and revenue management principles.
