Job summary

EVT Limited is seeking a full-time Rooms Division Manager at Rydges Cronulla Beachside in Sydney. You will lead Front of House teams, collaborate with the Executive Housekeeper and Reservations, and ensure a seamless guest journey from enquiry to checkout.

You'll drive revenue growth, manage the Rooms P&L, forecast demand, and coach your team to deliver outstanding service. This is a hands-on role that requires flexible shifts and local knowledge of EVT properties.

Qualifications

• Senior Rooms Division or Front Office leadership in hotels.
• Strong commercial acumen with rate management and forecasting.
• Passion for guest service and ability to lead from the front during peak periods.
• Confident communication and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front of House with focus on Front Office and guest service.
• Grow rooms revenue through rate management and channel distribution.
• Analyse Rooms Division P&L, RevPAR, occupancy, and housekeeping metrics.
• Forecast peak demand, develop packages, assess group bookings impacts.
• Oversee rosters and manage wage costs while coaching the team.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to maintain standards and promote EVT rewards.
