Qualifications

• Experience in reservations or a similar hotel role.
• Systems knowledge: Opera, iVvy.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set reservation policies and standards across channels.
• Manage inventory and room allocations to maximise occupancy.
• Recruit, train and coach reservations team.
• Resolve escalated guest issues with consistent service.
• Shape pricing, promotions and packages with Sales & Marketing.
• Own the reservations budget and report on occupancy, revenue and KPIs.
• Keep systems and processes optimised for team and guest.
