You will drive guest satisfaction by implementing robust reservation policies, optimizing inventory, and collaborating with Sales & Marketing to align pricing and packages.

The role requires experience in reservations, strong leadership and a results-driven approach, with excellent communication and the ability to perform under pressure.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set reservation policies and standards, ensuring guest details and preferences are captured accurately across all channels.
• Manage inventory and room allocations to maximise occupancy and revenue.
• Recruit, train and coach a high-performing reservations team.
• Resolve escalated guest issues and ensure consistently excellent service.
• Shape pricing, promotions and packages with Operations and Sales & Marketing.
• Own the reservations budget and report on occupancy, revenue and KPIs.
• Keep systems and processes optimised for the team and the guest.
