Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of reservations for adventure packages.
• Communicate with clients via phone and email to provide information and assist with concerns.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to update and promote packages and offers.
• Utilize reservation management software to track bookings, payments, and cancellations.
• Work with operations to ensure reservations are confirmed and arrangements are made for customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues before, during, or after trips.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer information.
• Assist in development and implementation of new processes to improve reservation experiences.
