Job summary

Accenture Australia is seeking a Reservation Booking Manager to coordinate all aspects of reservations for adventure packages and ensure a seamless booking experience for customers.

You will communicate with clients via phone and email, collaborate with sales and marketing, and use reservation software to track bookings, payments, and cancellations while supporting travel arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, travel or hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using reservation management software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of reservations for adventure packages.
• Communicate with clients by phone and email about reservations.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to update and promote packages.
• Use reservation software to track bookings, payments and cancellations.
• Work with operations to confirm reservations and arrange travel needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues before, during, or after trips.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and client information.
• Assist in developing and implementing new reservation processes and procedures.
