Job summary

Harvey Norman Frankston is seeking a Customer Service Clerk to join the team and deliver Great Service, Always!, by actively managing repairs and servicing, tagging faulty products, liaising with service agents, and keeping the service database up-to-date.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused retail business.
• Experience in a high-volume administration role.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks with a flexible, can-do attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage workflow with good organisation and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage Harvey Norman customer repairs & servicing.
• Tag faulty products and liaise with service agents and suppliers; keep the service database up-to-date.
• Keep customers updated on repair status and ensure timely completion with outstanding service.
• Assist with department admin duties including processing invoices, claims, reconciliations and finance paperwork.
• Run weekly reports for repairs/service jobs as required by the Proprietor.
• Advise customers of stock arrivals and organise deliveries as requested.
• Be health and safety conscious.
