Job summary

Harvey Norman Gympie is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join the team and deliver Great Service, Always! to customers. You will actively manage repairs and servicing, tag faulty products, and liaise with service agents while keeping the service database up-to-date.

You will also handle administration tasks, generate weekly repair/service reports, inform customers about stock arrivals and deliveries, and maintain a safety-conscious work environment for a busy retail team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused retail environment.
• Experience in high-volume administration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, flexible and able to juggle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage Harvey Norman customer repairs & servicing.
• Tag faulty products and liaise with service agents & suppliers and keep the service database up-to-date.
• Keep customers updated on repair status and ensure timely completion with exceptional service.
• Assist with department administration including processing invoices, claims, reconciliations and finance paperwork.
• Run weekly reports for repairs/service jobs as required by the Proprietor.
• Advise customers of stock arrivals and organise delivery as requested by the Proprietor.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards.
