Harvey Norman Preston is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to deliver Great Service, Always! to customers while managing repairs, stock arrival, and admin tasks.

You will liaise with service agents and suppliers, run weekly repairs reports, process invoices, and maintain the service database with accuracy. This role values strong communication, teamwork, and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage customer repairs and servicing.
• Tag faulty products and liaise with service agents and suppliers; keep the service database up-to-date.
• Keep customers updated on repair status and ensure timely completion with great service.
• Assist with department admin such as processing invoices, reconciliations, and required finance paperwork.
