Stryker is seeking a Territory Manager for Joint Replacement in Adelaide, SA to lead sales growth and support orthopaedic procedures with MAKO robotic technology. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years in medical device or healthcare sales or related role.
• Ability to travel regularly across metropolitan and regional South Australia.
• Valid driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets across your Adelaide Joint Replacement territory.
• Build relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders.
• Provide in‑theatre support during hip and knee replacement procedures.
• Grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Drive adoption of Joint Replacement implants and MAKO technology.
• Deliver product training and education to healthcare professionals.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and territory forecast.
• Monitor market activity and execute territory growth plans.
