Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer based in Australia to help enterprise customers across AU and NZ navigate complex technical challenges and accelerate digital transformation. You will combine deep technical expertise with consultative selling to align business objectives with innovative software development solutions, leading demos, PoCs, and strategic discussions.

Qualifications

At least eight years of experience in technical consulting or consultative sales.
Experience supporting complex enterprise sales engagements and translating requirements into solutions.
Strong understanding of software development and modern engineering practices.
Willingness to travel up to 25% across Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise pre-sales engagements with stakeholders to establish requirements and align on technical value.
Develop strategic customer relationships with key decision-makers to support solution adoption.
Deliver technical demonstrations and proofs of concept addressing complex requirements.
Drive digital transformation initiatives and modern software development practices.
Design solution architectures aligned with customer priorities and transformation roadmaps.
Champion application security and advise on security capabilities in product strategies.
Collaborate on strategic account planning with sales and partners.
Support customer engagement initiatives through technical content and events.
Resolve deployment challenges by coordinating with specialists to ensure measurable outcomes.
Share customer feedback and insights to improve solution positioning and GTM effectiveness.
