Job summary

Nash ANZ is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Consultant to own the technical discovery, integration design, and deployment for 2–3 enterprise customers in Australia and New Zealand. You will blend solutions consulting with customer success from design through adoption and renewal.

You will lead discovery with engineering teams, run launches from signature to steady state, and track adoption and delivery performance, coordinating with Nash's central teams to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL and data concepts relevant to enterprise integrations.
• Experience leading technical discovery and integration design for large-scale deployments.
• Strong customer-facing skills across sales, delivery, and post-launch support.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and define integration approaches for enterprise sales opportunities.
• Manage customer implementations from requirements and configuration through launch and stabilization.
• Track account health, adoption, and delivery performance, and identify customer needs and product gaps.
