Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in technical consulting or related technical/sales/industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field with 4+ years’ experience in technical consulting or related sales/industry experience.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field with 2+ years’ experience in technical consulting or related sales/industry experience.
• Doctorate in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage in pre-sales activities with large customers to align stakeholders and drive a technical win.
• Develop and maintain external relationships within the customer organization to support alignment and adoption.
• Identify customer issues and collaborate with technical teams to present solutions and demos.
• Analyze customer situations to advise on gaps GitHub solutions can fill.
• Assist in building and delivering content for marketing events.
• Develop expertise in GitHub Advanced Security and articulate its security approach to customers.
• Synthesize and communicate insights to identify growth opportunities and align product features.
• Design and develop innovative solutions leveraging GitHub platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with sales and account management to develop strategic account plans.
