Xplor Technologies is hiring an SDR Manager to lead and scale our outbound SDR function across the APAC region, with initial focus on Australia. You will build a high-performing team, drive predictable pipeline for the Account Executive organisation, and partner with Recruiting to hire and ramp new SDRs.

You will own outbound strategy, coach a distributed team, analyse KPI data, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales to improve lead quality and forecasting.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience leading outbound SDR teams in B2B SaaS
• Experience selling into SMB customers with outbound methodologies
• Proven ability to build predictable outbound pipeline and manage KPIs
• Experience coaching SDRs through onboarding and ongoing training
• Proficiency with CRM tools, especially HubSpot, and data-driven optimization
• Experienced in leading remote or distributed teams across time zones

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Recruitment to hire and onboard SDRs with structured ramp programmes
• Lead, coach, and inspire an outbound SDR team to exceed pipeline targets
• Own outbound prospecting strategy including playbooks, email sequences, and territory planning
• Develop training programmes to continuously improve outbound performance
• Use data to identify coaching opportunities and report KPIs to Sales Leadership
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Recruiting and Product to improve lead quality and handoff processes
• Continuously optimise connect rate, sequencing, and forecasting to scale the organisation
