Job summary

Xplor is seeking an SDR Manager to lead and scale our outbound SDR function across APAC, starting with Australia. You will recruit, onboard, coach, and grow a high‑performing SDR team while driving consistent pipeline for our Account Executives.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring success in building outbound teams, establishing prospecting best practices, and developing SDRs from hiring through ramp and ongoing performance management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing an outbound SDR team in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience leading remote or distributed teams across APAC or multiple time zones.
• Strong understanding of outbound sales methodologies and prospecting techniques.
• Proven ability to build predictable outbound pipeline and coach SDRs.
• Experience creating onboarding programmes and sales training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the outbound SDR function across APAC with initial focus on Australia.
• Recruit, onboard, coach and develop a high-performing SDR team.
• Drive predictable pipeline generation for Account Executives.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Recruiting and Rev Ops to improve lead quality and processes.
• Use data to identify coaching opportunities and report insights to leadership.
