Hostaway is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive growth in the APAC market. This fully remote role allows you to work from anywhere within Australia or New Zealand, with collaboration across global teams.

You will prospect new accounts, respond to inbound inquiries, and revive dormant leads. The position emphasizes target achievement, CRM usage, and cross-functional teamwork in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• B2B SaaS outbound sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong prospecting and cold calling skills.
• Able to qualify inbound leads quickly and rekindle cold prospects.
• Highly motivated self-starter and team player.
• Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot) and sales-engagement tools (Outreach, SalesLoft).
• Fluent English; second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect APAC target accounts via cold calling, email or social selling to generate qualified leads.
• Respond quickly to inbound demo requests and inquiries; qualify and book meetings.
• Revive dormant leads and tailor messaging to restart conversations.
• Maintain CRM activity history to personalise outreach.
• Understand prospects' needs and communicate Hostaway's value proposition clearly.
• Balance daily outbound, inbound, and re-engagement efforts.
