Job summary

Tines is seeking a Sales Development Representative for Australia, based remotely from Sydney. You will prospect outbound leads, source new opportunities, and educate potential clients on how Tines’ automation platform improves efficiency.

You will work with Account Executives to drive pipeline, learn the product, and master the tools listed. This role offers a path to revenue leadership within a growing SaaS company.

Qualifications

• A self-starter attitude with a track record of hitting and exceeding goals.
• Strong communication skills including both phone and written communication as well as active listening.
• Coachability and a team player mentality.
• An eye for detail, a curious nature and strong planning skills.
• Must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Learn the Tines product and messaging.
• Learn the tools necessary to be successful: Salesforce, Gong, Nooks, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, etc.
• Build relationships with your Account Executive, Solutions Engineer, Marketing, and Field Leadership counterparts.
• Drive new customer pipeline and crush your pipeline generation targets.
• Identify and qualify new customer leads and opportunities in your market/territory.
• Create targeted prospect lists and personalise outreach to multiple stakeholders within Tines’ key prospect accounts.
• Continue to build on core skills and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate mastery of prospecting and business management by meeting or exceeding pipeline goals.
• Begin to expand knowledge of Sales and other revenue functions.
• Set goals for yourself to gain consideration for promotion.
