Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Technical Support Specialist (SaaS | SQL) based in Australia for a fully remote role. You will troubleshoot production issues across databases, applications, and infrastructure, using SQL to diagnose and resolve problems in a live SaaS environment.

You will interact with enterprise clients, collaborate with engineering, and help ensure reliability, performance and data accuracy across Azure, SQL Server, .NET, Angular stacks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical support within a SaaS or software environment.
• Strong SQL skills with experience debugging live systems.
• Production support for web applications with focus on reliability.
• Ability to troubleshoot across databases, applications and networks.
• Comfort with remote server access and RDP-style tooling.
• Clear English communication with clients and internal teams.
• Proactive, takes ownership and documents troubleshooting steps.
• Nice to have: French and/or Spanish, Azure/.NET/IIS familiarity, and SSO tech (SAML/OAuth).
• Experience with Jira, SQL Profiler, monitoring/logging, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production issues across database, application, and infrastructure layers.
• Write and execute SQL queries for diagnostics and root-cause analysis.
• Monitor production environments and identify performance bottlenecks.
• Communicate findings to technical client stakeholders and engineers.
• Escalate complex cases to engineering and support persistent issues.
• Maintain documentation and improve troubleshooting workflows.
• Support enterprise clients with a broad tech stack including Azure, SQL Server, .NET, Angular.
