Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Technical Support Specialist (SaaS | SQL) based in Australia. This remote role supports enterprise clients, troubleshoots production issues, and uses SQL to diagnose data, while collaborating with engineering to maintain reliable systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical support experience in a SaaS or software environment.
• Strong SQL skills with ability to write queries and diagnose production data.
• Experience supporting web-based applications in production environments where availability is critical.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production issues across databases, applications, and infrastructure in a live SaaS environment.
• Use SQL for diagnostics, run queries, investigate data inconsistencies, and assist root-cause analysis.
• Maintain system performance by identifying bottlenecks, monitoring production environments, and preventing issues.
• Communicate findings to technical client stakeholders and coordinate troubleshooting with engineering teams.
• Escalate complex cases and collaborate with engineers to resolve persistent or advanced issues.
• Monitor production environments using appropriate tools to ensure stability and reliability.
• Improve internal processes by documenting solutions and sharing knowledge.
• Support systems involving Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, .NET, Angular, remote servers, and third-party integrations.
• Investigate integrations and related issues (SSO, payment platforms, Power BI) as needed.
