Job summary

LivePerson in Melbourne seeks a Senior Application Support Engineer to own complex escalations, perform deep technical investigations, and drive issues to resolution with empathy and rigor. You’ll bridge Support and Engineering, mentor peers, and shape smarter diagnostic tools for our SaaS platform.

You will collaborate with Product Management, R&D, and global teams to improve stability, performance, and incident response while thriving in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Tier 3/4 SaaS support or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as IT/CS/Engineering/Math.
• Experience communicating with enterprise customers during critical situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead deep technical investigations and drive issues to resolution.
• Own assigned cases from initial investigation to resolution within SLAs.
• Collaborate with Product Management, R&D and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Mentor engineers and help improve diagnostics/tools.
