Job summary

integratedliving Australia is seeking an experienced Technical Systems Analyst for a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on application support and MS SQL, acting as a trusted technical problem solver across the organisation.

You will work with the Business Systems team to investigate issues, run data extracts, and maintain critical business systems while supporting users and external vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• Application support experience is essential for this role.
• Strong MS SQL experience for development, maintenance, and data extracts.
• Experience with ticketing/service-management platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues and work with users.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical and application support across business-critical systems.
• Manage and resolve support requests through ServiceNow.
• Investigate system issues and drive to resolution rather than escalations.
• Use MS SQL to develop, maintain and run scripts, queries and data extracts.
• Collaborate with Finance to run weekly/monthly scripts and data cleansing.
• Document support processes and maintain clear documentation.
