Job summary

Coachwood Information Professionals seeks a Junior Support / Testing Consultant for an Australian technology client. The role is customer-facing and technically focused, focusing on supporting, analysing and improving the company's applications.

You will investigate and resolve issues, analyze requirements, prepare operational reporting, support releases and testing, and identify workflow improvements. You can work remotely from home and join a motivated tech team.

Qualifications

Completed a tertiary degree.
Up to 2 years of experience in support, testing, reporting or data analysis.
Experience supporting enterprise software or complex business applications.
Strong customer service and stakeholder management.
SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
Business analysis including requirements gathering and process analysis.
Software testing, defect investigation and release activities.
Experience with enterprise reporting tools, dashboards, BI reporting, APIs, ETL, Jira or similar.

Responsibilities

Investigating and resolving application issues.
Analyzing business requirements.
Operational and management reporting.
Supporting releases and testing.
Identifying workflow improvements.
Acting as a link between customers, Customer Support, Product and Development teams.
