Job summary

Coachwood Information Professionals in Australia is seeking a Graduate Support / Testing Consultant to join a customer-facing and technical role, supporting, analysing and continuously improving the company's applications.

You will investigate and resolve application issues, analyse business requirements, support releases and testing, and contribute to operational reporting and data analysis. Remote work from home is possible within a motivated team passionate about technology.

Qualifications

Recently completed a tertiary degree and eager to develop in support, testing, reporting and data analysis.
Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
Experience with software testing, defect investigation and release activities.
Familiarity with enterprise reporting tools, dashboards and BI reporting.
Knowledge of APIs, ETL, Jira or similar is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Investigating and resolving application issues.
Analysing business requirements.
Operational and management reporting.
Supporting releases and testing.
Identifing workflow improvements.
Acting as an important link between customers, Customer Support, Product and Development teams.
