Job summary

Pet Circle is seeking a dedicated Customer Specialist to join our remote team in Australia. You will deliver high-volume, phone-based support with some live chat and email responses, handling delivery inquiries and product recommendations while building lasting relationships with pet parents.

With at least 2 years in a fast-paced customer service role and experience with CRM and ticketing systems, you’ll thrive in a flexible, home-office setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ professional experience in a fast paced, results driven environment where you were managing internal or external customer requests.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best in class customer service in a high-volume contact centre environment, predominantly phone-based with some live chat and email responses.
• Handle all customer queries with the goal of providing efficient resolution and building loyalty and advocacy.
• Own customer problems through to resolution, applying root cause analysis to recurring issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across processes, tools and knowledge to enhance customer experience.
