Team Global Express is seeking an Operations Support Officer to be the hub connecting customers, drivers, depot teams, and fleet operations. You will help ensure freight moves on time, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, communication, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Background in office administration, logistics, or operations coordination.
• Able to prioritise and stay organised in busy periods.
• Clear and confident communication with customers, drivers, and management.
• Ownership mindset and proactive problem solving.
• Comfortable with data entry and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Keep daily transport administration running smoothly across the network.
• Manage manifests and ensure freight is dispatched and delivered accurately.
• Track freight movements and address delays before they become problems.
• Keep customers updated with timely, helpful information.
• Coordinate fleet maintenance, servicing, and compliance schedules.
• Support the Fleet Controller with driver compliance and daily operations.
• Collaborate with the team during busy periods and seek process improvements.
