Team Global Express in Townsville is seeking an Operations Support Officer to be the glue between customers, drivers, depot teams and fleet operations, ensuring freight moves on time.

You will keep daily transport admin running, manage manifests, track movements, and provide timely updates while supporting the Fleet Controller and improving processes.

Formación

• Background in office administration, logistics, or operations coordination.
• Highly organised with strong prioritisation in busy periods.
• Clear and confident communication with customers, drivers, or leadership.
• Take ownership and act without being prompted.
• Comfortable with data entry and learning new systems.

• Keeping daily transport admin running smoothly across the network
• Managing manifests and making sure freight is dispatched and delivered accurately
• Tracking freight movements and jumping on any delays before they become problems
• Keeping customers in the loop with timely, helpful updates
• Coordinating fleet maintenance, servicing, and compliance schedules
• Supporting the Fleet Controller with driver compliance and daily operations
• Pitching in across the team during busy periods because that is just what good teammates do
• Spotting ways to do things better and helping make them happen
