Team Global Express is seeking an Operations Support Officer to connect customers, drivers, depot teams and fleet operations, ensuring freight is dispatched and delivered on time. You will be the glue that keeps daily transport admin running smoothly.

You track freight movements, communicate with customers and colleagues, coordinate fleet maintenance, and support the Fleet Controller. This role offers flexible work options and a collaborative, safety‑minded environment.

Qualifications

• Background in office administration, logistics, or operations coordination.
• Highly organized with ability to prioritise like a pro when things get busy.
• Clear, confident communication with customers, drivers, or leadership.

Responsibilities

• Keep daily transport admin running smoothly across the network.
• Manage manifests and ensure freight is dispatched and delivered accurately.
• Track freight movements and address delays before they become problems.
• Keep customers informed with timely, helpful updates.
• Coordinate fleet maintenance, servicing and compliance schedules.
• Support the Fleet Controller with driver compliance and daily operations.
• Pitch in across the team during busy periods and look for better ways to work.
