Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting Windows OS in a large corporate environment (50+ users).
• Experience supporting Microsoft Office Suites.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and account creation.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support by phone, onsite and via administration tools.
• Troubleshoot PCs, applications, networks, mobiles, printers and video conferencing equipment.
• Manage incidents and maintain inventory records; assist with server-room patching.
