Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of ICT support experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and system issues.
• Respond to technical enquiries and provide support to internal users, branches and customers.
• Install, configure, update and maintain software applications and computer systems.
• Assess user requirements and recommend hardware, software, and technical solutions.
• Configure and troubleshoot network-connected devices, controllers and related equipment.
• Repair, replace and configure faulty computer hardware and peripherals.
• Assist users with system operation and provide technical guidance and training.
• Support system upgrades and maintain accurate technical documentation and service records.
