Job summary

Future Generation Joint Venture, a collaboration of WeBuild, Clough and Lane, is seeking an IT Support specialist to provide desktop and remote end-user assistance across sites in NSW.

You will troubleshoot hardware/software, set up computers, printers, emails, mobile devices, configure routers and switches, support backups and virtualization, train staff, manage assets, and report weekly to the IT Manager and Head of ICT; a growth mindset and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as listed in qualifications.
• Certifications such as MCSA/MCSE/CCNA/ITIL are desirable.
• White Card may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop IT support to end users locally and remotely.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software across sites.
• Set up computers, printers, emails, and mobile devices.
• Configure network devices and patch cables, monitor LEDs.
• Train staff on new hardware and software.
• Assist with security software and patch management.
• IT asset management and weekly reporting.
