Job summary

Euler is hiring an Onboarding Engineer to own the technical execution and coordination of customer onboarding. This hybrid role blends deep technical work with project orchestration to ensure every customer launches successfully by managing integrations and cross-functional handoffs.

You’ll report to Engineering and partner with the Onboarding Manager and Customer Success team, helping onboarding stay smooth, predictable, and scalable while driving retention and growth.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of technical experience in B2B SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer success engineering.
• Strong hands-on technical skills with APIs, data integrations, and troubleshooting.
• Clear written and verbal communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical setup phase of onboarding – API integrations, data mapping, CRM configuration, authentication and security setup.
• Coordinate the complete onboarding lifecycle – kickoff to go-live and handoff to CS.
• Troubleshoot onboarding issues – integration failures, data sync problems, configuration challenges.
• Build and maintain onboarding runbooks, integration guides, and scalable docs.
• Collaborate with Engineering to report bugs with clear steps and advocate for features.
