Job summary

impact.com is seeking an Integration Engineer to guide clients through onboarding, configure and integrate accounts, and lead technical discovery with Solutions Architects and Client Success. You’ll own the client relationship during onboarding, answer questions, run Zoom sessions, and train on platform adoption while escalating issues appropriately.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, Maths or related Science or Commerce discipline.
• Proven performance in Integration Support, Sales Engineering or Software Development roles.
• 5+ years in a tech-focused role at a digital marketing or technology company.
• Familiarity with affiliate or digital marketing industry.

Responsibilities

• Stay current with platform capabilities and industry trends.
• Own a portfolio of new accounts from onboarding to metric accuracy.
• Include all stakeholders in discussions for setup items.
• Drive projects forward; surface and triage blockers.
• Support design and integration of technical solutions for clients.
• Lead technical discovery and propose optimal solutions.
• Contribute to technical integration documentation.
• Troubleshoot issues during client onboarding.
• Capture and document critical client information for smooth handover.
