Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Onboarding Engineer based in Australia to lead the technical implementation and coordination of customer onboarding in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

You will work with onboarding, customer success, and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges, build scalable processes, and deliver a consistent customer experience that drives retention and product adoption.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of technical experience in B2B SaaS onboarding or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical setup of customer onboarding, including API integrations and data mapping.
• Coordinate full onboarding lifecycle from kickoff to go-live and handoff to Customer Success.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including integration failures and configuration challenges.
• Develop onboarding runbooks, guides, and repeatable implementation processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering to document bugs and advocate for product improvements.
• Ensure smooth transitions from onboarding to ongoing support.
• Define, monitor, and improve onboarding success metrics.
• Identify onboarding risks and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
• Support communications on technical requirements, progress, and timelines.
• Mentor future onboarding engineers and help scale practices.
