Jobgether SRL, partnering with a fast‑growing SaaS company, seeks an Onboarding Engineer based in Australia to lead the technical implementation and coordination of customer onboarding. You will drive API integrations, data mapping, CRM configuration, and security setup while collaborating with Onboarding, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth go‑live transitions.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of technical experience in B2B SaaS implementation or onboarding
• Hands-on with APIs, data integrations, configuration, debugging
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to explain technical concepts
• Experience managing customer implementations end-to-end
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• CRM integrations experience (Salesforce / HubSpot) a plus
• Consultative mindset for understanding customer needs

Responsabilités

• Lead technical onboarding across API integrations, data mapping and CRM setup
• Coordinate full onboarding lifecycle from kickoff to go-live and handoff
• Diagnose and resolve integration and configuration issues
• Develop onboarding runbooks, guides, documentation and processes
• Escalate product issues with clear reproduction steps and awareness
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth transition post-onboarding
• Define and monitor onboarding success metrics and timelines
• Identify onboarding risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Communicate technical requirements and progress to stakeholders
• Mentor junior onboarding engineers and help scale practices
