impact.com is seeking an Integration Engineer to guide clients through configuration, onboarding, and launch of their accounts. You will own the client relationship during onboarding, answer questions, coordinate Zoom calls, and lead training on platform adoption.

You will work with Solutions Architects, Client Success, and other internal teams to answer questions, discuss integration approaches, and ensure timely implementations across business and technical domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Experience in Integration Support, Sales Engineering or Software Development.
• Customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and digital marketing tech is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Stay current with impact.com platform capabilities and industry trends.
• Manage a portfolio of new accounts from onboarding to success metrics.
• Include all required stakeholders in setup discussions.
• Drive projects forward and triage blockers to keep timelines.
• Support design and integration of technical solutions for clients.
• Lead technical discovery and propose optimal client solutions.
• Contribute to creation and maintenance of integration documentation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during onboarding.
• Capture and document critical client information for smooth handover.
