impact.com seeks an Integration Engineer to guide new clients through onboarding, configuration, and integration of our platform. You will own the client relationship during onboarding, answer questions, and lead training on platform adoption.

You will collaborate with Solutions Architects and Success teams to deliver timely, effective technical solutions for clients. You will stay current with platform capabilities and industry trends, manage a portfolio of new accounts, ensure all stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/Engineering/Science/Math or related
5+ years in a tech-focused role at a digital marketing or technology company
Experience supporting integrations in SaaS environments

Responsibilities

Stay current with platform capabilities, product enhancements, and industry trends.
Manage a portfolio of new accounts from onboarding to go-live and ensure metrics are accurate.
Coordinate with stakeholders to confirm setup items and keep timelines on track.
Lead technical discovery and propose optimal integration solutions for client objectives.
Develop and maintain technical integration documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve onboarding issues with clients.
