Job summary

Checkly is hiring a post-sales engineer to onboard new customers and train engineering teams in a remote role focused on reliability and monitoring. You will own onboarding, conduct workshops, and support adoption in existing accounts, collaborating with sales and product teams.

You should read and write code (JavaScript/Node.js), leverage AI tools for customer responses, and communicate clearly in English. Occasional travel to customers may be required.

Qualifications

• Around 2 years in a post-sales technical role such as onboarding, workshops and trainings, or customer success engineering.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, observability, or automated testing.
• Strong ability to read, write, and debug code (JavaScript/Node.js preferred).
• Ability to use AI tools to accelerate customer-facing work (e.g., code samples, repos, responses).
• Excellent spoken and written English; autonomous, with async-work mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own technical onboarding for new accounts: implementation, configuration, and getting first monitoring into production.
• Run workshops and trainings for customer engineering teams.
• Act as the technical counterpart in existing accounts, supporting adoption, troubleshooting, and growth with the sales team.
• Lead customer meetings from technical deep dives to account check-ins.
• Contribute to technical documentation and internal playbooks.
