Job summary

impact.com is seeking an Integration Engineer to help clients configure, implement, and launch their accounts. You will own the onboarding process, answer questions, schedule Zoom calls, and lead training on platform adoption while escalating issues as needed.

Working alongside Solutions Architects, Client Success, and other teams, you will learn impact.com's technology, propose technical solutions, perform discovery, and document integrations to ensure timely deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field with strong analytical skills.
• Experience in integration support or customer-facing tech roles.
• 5+ years in a tech-focused role at a digital marketing or tech company.
• Familiarity with affiliate/digital marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and launch client accounts.
• Own client relationships during onboarding and conduct training.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Success teams.
• Provide technical discovery and propose solutions.
• Create and maintain integration documentation.
• Troubleshoot onboarding issues and capture critical data.
