Job summary

Algolia seeks a Senior Technical Onboarding & Engagement Manager to lead strategic customer onboarding programs from mobilization to production launch. You will align with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and Engineering to translate objectives into actionable plans and drive go-live predictability.

You will operate autonomously in ambiguous environments, manage risks, and mentor others while strengthening onboarding at scale across AI search, data, and integrations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in professional roles, incl. 7+ years leading technical projects or customer-facing software implementations.
• Experience establishing delivery governance across planning, risk, resources, and executive comms.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable implementation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define structured pre-to-post sales handoff and validation of scope and success criteria.
• Own portfolio of onboarding programs from mobilization to production launch.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Solutions Architects and Engineering to translate requirements into actionable plans.
• Navigate ambiguity and manage delivery risks, escalations and timelines.
• Mentor peers and improve onboarding methodologies and tooling.
